Responsibilities
- Responsible for all technical aspects of RPA implementation projects/Maintenance & Support and other initiatives.
- Either as an individual contributor or managing a team of RPA Analyst, support the client in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
- Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Provide architecture guidance to the team working on RPA products/projects with strong focus on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security
- Lead client interactions with various IT teams including, architecture, security, administration during pre-sales and implementation
- Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to client by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operationa Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Own & develop RPA Practise manage training and partner technology accreditation of RPA team members.

- Good understanding of various underlying technologies used in RPA such as Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Computing, Machine Learning, Pattern Matching, Analytics etc.
- The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented, supportable and extensible developments
- Experience in leading architecture aspects of software development with strong emphasis on Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design, and architecture design patterns
- Ability to facilitate effective interaction between IT and Business Stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good client interaction skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
- Mentors junior RPA developers and performs code reviews for quality control

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or integration projects
- Understands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycle
- Experience with the RPA software tools (Blue Prism)
- Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
- Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.)
